Sept. 27, 1951-Aug. 18, 2003 SOUTH BEND - Mary Ann Chapla, 51, of Regency Place, died Monday in the nursing home of natural causes. Survivors include her father, Chester Chapla of South Bend; a brother, Chris Chapla of South Bend; and two stepsisters, Debra Seals of South Bend and Penny Ross of Gallatin, Tenn. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Sacred Heart Parish Center, where friends may call one hour before services. McGann Funeral Home is handling arrangements
