Born 4 Nov 1865 Poland, arrived USA 1878; died 10 Nov 1939 age 74 of 518 S Pulaski. He had been ill for 3 months. Services at St Adalbert's Catholic Church, buried at St Joseph Cemetery. Surviving are his wife Rosalia, their children, Valentine, Martin, John, Mrs Mary Wesolowski, Mrs Helen Jozwiak, Mrs Josephine Mezykowski and a brother John Hoffman.
