Sept. 13, 1930 - Sept. 30, 2001 SOUTH BEND Daniel H. Jurgonski, 71, of Azalea Court, died Sunday in his home. Survivors include his wife, Shirley J.; two daughters, Laura Allison of Dunlap and Leona Ruth of South Bend; a son, John of South Bend; and a sister, Gertrude Reiter of South Bend. Services will be at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, where friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of services.
