April 30, 1919 April 22, 1991 SOUTH BEND Stella R. Skarupinski, 71, of 2130 S. Brookfield St., died about 11:30 p.m. Monday in her home. Mrs. Skarupinski retired as a payroll clerk at Steel Warehouse. She was born April 30, 1919, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. On Oct. 25, 1943, in South Bend, as Stella Jurgonski, she married Harry Skarupinski. He survives, with a sister, Gertrude Reiter of South Bend; and three brothers, Stanley Bill Jurgonski, Richard Jurgonski, and Daniel Jurgonski, all of South Bend. She was a member of Senior Citizens of St. Casimir Catholic Church, and Z.B. Falcons Nest 80. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the church. Entombment will be at Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum of St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 2:30 p.m. by senior Citizens of the church with a parish rosary at 7:30 p.m.
