Jan. 26, 1947 - Nov. 24, 2012 SOUTH BEND - Gerald "Jerry" R. Luchowski, 65, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012 in his residence. Jerry was born January 26, 1947 in South Bend to the late Frank and Stella Luchowski. Survivors for Jerry include his children, Melissa (Doug Applegate) Luchowski of South Bend, Kim (David) Stachurski of South Bend, and son, James (Jennifer) Luchowski of Mishawaka; grandson, Tyler Michalski; granddaughters, Megan, and Madison Luchowski; mother of his children, Becky Luchowski; sister, Janice Treadway; nephews, Rick and Brian Treadway; and cousin, Bobby Luchowski. Jerry worked for Curtis Products as a Metal Fabricator for 20 years; he enjoyed listening to music, making model cars, ships, and WW II models and painting figurines. He was a Ford Mustang enthusiast. He is known to many as the "Grey Wolf". Visitation for Jerry will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday, November 28, 2012 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., where a Funeral Service will be celebrated at 7:00 Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Condolences for the family may be left at www.sjfh.net.
