Theodore "Ted" Frederick Armes, 92 of Walnut Ridge, died July 10, 2021 in the Walnut Ridge Nursing Center. Born March 24, 1929 in Doniphan, MO; son of the late Theodore Otis Armes and Nola Alma Boyles. Ted was a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII, a self-employed construction worker and a Minister. He enjoyed horses and watching and playing baseball. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his first wife, Sonia Marcia (Nottoli) Armes. Survivors include his wife, Anna Armes of the home; four children, Karen Blume, Janet (Don) Tidrick, Lorene (Carol Mathis) Armes and Teddy Harrison; grandchildren, Joshua Effertz, Jennifer and Danielle Tidrick, Erin Harrison (Matt) Jurgemeyer, Sarah Bice, Maria (Curt) Korby and Matt Bice; thirteen great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends. Graveside service conducted Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 11 A.M. in the Fairview Church of God Cemetery near Doniphan, MO.
