FORT WAYNE - Barbara Jean Dorsch, 55, passed away peacefully at Woodview Nursing Facility in Fort Wayne, IN on Saturday, June 16. Barbara was born on August 10, 1962 in Cheyanne, SD to the late Otto E. and Joyce E. (Naragon) Dorsch. Barbara was a lifetime resident of Fort Wayne and attended My Father's House Church in Fort Wayne. Barbara is survived by her brother, Kevin (Julie) Dorsch of Van Wert, OH and her sister, Christine Gruber of Houston, TX. She is also survived by five nephews: Nathan Gruber and Jamie, Sean, Noah, and Joshua Dorsch, as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services for Barbara will be held on Friday, June 22 at 2:00 p.m. at North Liberty Church of the Brethren, 201 E. Market St., North Liberty, IN 46554. Visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to service at the church. Graveside services to follow at Westlawn Cemetery in North Liberty. Memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's honor to Special Olympics of St. Joseph County, PO Box 643, Mishawaka IN 46546.
