Leonard was the son of Frank Czeladzinski and Frances Waite. Martin Nevorski adopted him. For some reason, his birth certificate reads "Noveroski" and it was never changed officially, although the spelling on the gravestone is correct. His cause of death was lung cancer. He was survived by two sons, James and Ronald, five grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
