THE LEBANON ENTERPRISE, Fri., Oct. 9, 1942. MRS. JOHN ED CARRICO DIES IN SOUTH BEND. IND.

Mrs. Annette Hayden Carrico, 30, wife of John Ed Carrico of South Bend, Ind., formerly of this county, died Saturday at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., following an operation. She had been in bad health for the past six years. and had undergone five operations before the recent one in Minneapolis. The body was brought to the Mattingly Funeral Home at Loretto Sunday morning, and funeral services were conducted with Requiem High Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church, at St. Francis Monday morningat 9 o'clock by the Rev. J. J. Fitzgibbon. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Both Mrs. Carrico and her husband formerly lived in this county. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Hayden of Loretto. The family has resided in South Bend for the past eight years. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Kenneth, 10; J. E., 8; Barbara Ann, 6; Freddie, 4, and Joey, 3. A baby daughter, Catherine Lois, died about two months ago. Her parents survive; also three brothers, Joseph and Charles Hayden, of South Bend and James Hadenof Loretto, and four sisters, Miss Catherine Hayden of South Bend, and Misses Lauren, Mary Anna, and Joyce Hayden, all of Loretto. Mary Annette (Hayden) Carrico is buried in cemetery #2 in section 10.
