[N319] Michael Nowicki: (South Bend Tribune 1/30/1953)

Michael Nowicki, 1337 W. Fisher St., died at 7:18 a.m. today in his home after a months illness. Born in Poland Sept. 29, 1865, he came to South Bend 70 years ago from that country. His wife Frances died in 1942. He had retired 20 years ago as an employee of the Studebaker Corp. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Kolecki and Mrs. Lucille Radecki, and two sons, Bert and Harry all of South Bend: four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Saturday in the St. Joseph Funeral Chapel. The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Casimirs Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph Polish Cemetery.
