ELKHART -- Friends of Severine K. "Sally" Eherenman may call for two hours before the service at 4 p.m. Saturday at Elkhart Valley Church of the Brethren, officiated by Frank R. Ramirez, pastor. Cremation will follow, with Billings Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Eherenman, 81, of 29200 C.R. 20 W., died at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday (Jan. 20, 2002) at Miller's Merry Manor in Warsaw after an extended illness. She was born in South Bend on March 7, 1920, the daughter of John and Maryann (Przebyrski) Sobolewski. Her first husband, Stanley Kitkowski, died in 1955. She married William Eherenman in South Bend on Jan. 19, 1957, and he died on Nov. 8, 2000. She is survived by one son, James (Marsha) Kitkowski of Chapel Hill, N.C.; two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Judith) Schweitzer of Kalona, Iowa, and Mrs. Jerry (Polly) Lower of Bourbon; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Five brothers and six sisters are deceased. Mrs. Eherenman, a graduate of Washington High School, formerly worked for Sam's Club in Goshen and Uniroyal Corp. in Mishawaka, where she was on the assembly line. She was a member of Elkhart Valley Church of the Brethren and enjoyed gardening. Memorials may be given to the church.
