Dorothy F. (Shead) Modjeska, 92, of New Carlisle, IN (formerly of Ruskin, FL) passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, in Miller's Merry Manor, New Carlisle. She was born on August 21, 1918 to the late Gilbert L. and Pearl (Martin) Shead in Rolling Prairie, IN.Along with her parents; her husband, John S. Modjeska preceded her in death in 1985. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Nelson of South Bend, IN; son, Ron (Barb) Modjeska of DeWitt, IA; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren. There will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place. Kaniewski Funeral Home is handling arrangements
Children: Judith K. Modjeska Nelson (1939 - 2017)*
Burial: Cremated, Ashes given to family or friend.
