Born 16 May 1916 Poland; arrived USA in 1949 from GErmany; died 13 Dec 1994, age 78 of 20140 W Oakdale Ave at 1:25 p.m. at St Joseph Hospital Medical Center after an apparent heart attack. He retired from St Joseph's Mother House as a caretaker. Serivces at Christ the King Catholic Church; burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. He was a Veteran of the Polish Army in WW II. In 1946 in Germany he married Pauline Atamanuk who survives with their children, Mrs Mary Ann Jackson of NIles MI, and George of Mishawaka. A son Edward preceded him in death. Survivors include three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs Danuta Pomikowski and Mrs Helena Niedziela both of Poland; Mrs Sofia Kuta of SBd and a brother, Jerry of Poland
