OSCEOLA - Roxanna Macri, 65, residing in Osceola, IN passed away at 4:50 AM Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at her home. She was born on July 15, 1947 in Mishawaka, IN to the late Richard C. and Betty Lou (Shank) Rahm and remained a lifelong resident. Roxanna was a 1965 graduate of Penn High School. On July 20, 1980 in Mishawaka, IN she married Antonio P. Macri and they were married for 21 years. He preceded her in death on September 19, 2012. Roxanna is survived by two daughters, Valerie S. Hunt of Osceola and Michelle A. (Fabian) Guzman of Mishawaka; and three sons, Richard E. Hunt of Baton Rouge, LA, Michael E. (Monica) Macri of Mishawaka and Mark A. Macri of Osceola. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, Roxanna L. (Randy) Rider, Richard A. Hunt, Anthony M. Macri, Stephen B. Hunt, Joshua A. Rahm, Bruce L. Hunt, Tristan L. Macri, Cecelia A. Macri, Tommy L. Hunt, Arianna N. Macri, Aiden P.J. Oppenheim and Ethan E. Guzman; one great-grandson, Elijah L. Rider; one stepsister, Sharon (Mike) Barrick of Goshen; one stepbrother, Dallas "Bub" (Kathy) Rohrer of Elkhart; aunt, Margie Doll of Mishawaka; Roxanna's best friend, Janice Valentine of Mishawaka; and her step-mother, Mary Lou Rahm of Florida. Roxanna was always putting everyone else first. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved music and was a fan of Elvis. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, where friends may visit two hours prior. Contributions in memory of Roxanna may be made to American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer Research, 130 Red Coach Drive, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
