Elizabeth A. “Liz” (Kwasneski) Mroczkiewicz, 49, of South Bend, IN passed away on February 11, 2011 at the Center for Hospice Care in South Bend. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas; her children, Eric and Sara; her parents, Leo and Betty Kwasneski of Mishawaka, IN; a brother, Michael (Kim) Kwasneski of Port St. Lucie, FL; and a sister, Michele (Richard) Ennis of Rockledge, FL. Several nieces & nephews also survive. Liz graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in 1980 and married her high school sweetheart, Tom, on August 1, 1981. Liz was employed as a medical assistant at Pulmonary and Urgent Care in South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church in South Bend, with a reception immediately following in the St. Anthony Parish Center. Private Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Friends may visit from 4 - 8 p.m. Monday, February 14, 2011 in Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, IN.
