MISHAWAKA - Alice M. Lambert, 89, passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2010, in her home. Alice was born on November 2, 1920, in Mishawaka, to Adolph and Augusta (Braet) Blondeel. She was married on April 14, 1939, to Robert O. Lambert, who died in 1970. Alice was also preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Flossie Wettergren, Zelma Tribbey, Clara Robbins and Margaret Cox; two brothers, Arthur and Ivo Blondeel; and a son, Donald Lambert. Alice is survived by two daughters, Judy Pryor and Charlene Koszyk, both of Mishawaka; and one son, Larry (Margaret) Lambert of Edwardsburg, MI. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Alice was a lifelong Mishawaka resident. She enjoyed reading and her weekly trips to the beauty salon to get her hair done and catch up on "the news." She was a loving mother and friend who will be missed by all. Visitation will be on Friday, September 24, from noon to 2 p.m., with funeral services at 2 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka, with Rev. David Porterfield officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Bavo Catholic Church, 511 W. 7th Street, Mishawaka, IN 46544.
