MISHAWAKA - George Kedik, 81, passed away on March 3, 2017 at Trailpoint Village where he'd been living for the last year. George was born in Mishawaka to the late Frank and Anna (Wajca) Kedik. George was preceded in death by sisters Mary, Margaret, Helen, Dorothy, Annie, Irene and Olga, and brothers Frank and Mike. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lori, and his daughters Nancy (Dana) Hupp and Dottie Kiel (Joe Breisch). He is also survived by his brother John (Barb) Kedik. George was very proud and loving of his six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. George graduated from Mishawaka High School and spent many years in the printing industry in addition to being the owner of Dependable Welding. He enjoyed travel and spending time at Long Lake with his family. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed bowling.A Celebration of Life is planned in his honor at the Baugo Township Fire Department at 57955 County Road 3 in Elkhart, IN on Sunday, March 12th where friends may visit from 2 to 5pm.
