MISHAWAKA - Robert “Bob” L. Marchi, 86, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 in his home. Bob was born on July 30, 1929 in Mishawaka as the son of Pio and Teresina (Bezi) Marchi. He was preceded in death by his parents. On February 27, 1954 in South Bend, he married the former Ann Derbin. She preceded him in death on August 25, 2006. Surviving are his two sons, Mark and his wife Cindy and Mike and his wife Gina; five grandchildren, Jenna, Danielle, Nicholas, Antonio and Angelina. Bob was a Fireman for the City of Mishawaka, he retired in 1981. He also worked for Christianson Furniture. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 17 from 3 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary at 4 p.m., in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, February 18 at 10 a.m., in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka with Rev. Terry Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society Northwest Indiana Office, 130 Red Coach Dr., Mishawaka, IN 46545.
