SOUTH BEND - Kimberly A. Workman, 52, residing in South Bend passed away at 10:15 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Hospice House, Elkhart, Indiana. Kimberly was born on November 30, 1962 in South Bend to David Kozakiewicz and Judy (Rozek) Toth. Kimberly was preceded in death by her father, David Kozakiewicz in 1974; sister, Pam Page; step-father, Leslie Toth; and father-in-law, Don Workman. On October 10, 1992 in South Bend, she was united in marriage to Donald Workman, who survives. She is also survived by son, Donald Jordan Workman of South Bend; her mother, Judy Toth of South Bend; brother-in-law, Steph Page of Tennessee; step-sister, Sue (Tom) Jackson of Illinois; step-brothers, Peter (Judy) Toth of Coloma, MI and Eric (Beckie) Toth of St. Joseph, MI; mother-in-law, Marka (Jack) Jackson of North Liberty.; sister-in-law, Kim (Todd) Mathes of Lakeville; and brothers-in-law, Tracy Workman of Mishawaka and Rob (Jen) Jackson of LaPaz; Kimberly is a graduate of Coloma High School, Coloma, MI and Lake Michigan College of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka for 30 years. Kimberly loved her family and her pet dog, Mila. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 52473 SR 933, South Bend, IN 46637 with one hour of visitation prior to Mass. She will be cremated and her family will hold a graveside service in the spring at Saint Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
