Constant DeCleene married twice. His first wife, Marie Pelagia Van Prael DeCleene, died in June of 1894 in Glenwood, St. Croix Co., Wisconsin. On Aug 6, 1894, Constant married Amelia DeLee, widow of John Waumans, in St. Croix Co., Wisconsin. Their combined families were living in South Bend, Indiana by 1900.
