Zenobia Jayne Robinson, 87, passed away peacefully in her home June 11, surrounded by family. Born, October 26, 1926, to Fred and Viola Dargiewicz in South Bend, IN. She graduated from Washington High School in South Bend, where she excelled in art. She completed beauty school, and was a featured hair stylist. Following the death of her husband Harry, she worked and retired from Bendix Aeronautic/Allied Signal. Her hands were never idle and she stayed active throughout her life by creating and donating hand made gifts for her family, friends, and underprivileged in the community. Zenobia loved Sparks, NV and made it her home for the last 20 years. She was preceded in death by her Husband Harry Robinson, sisters Loretta Igaz and Molly Smessaert. She is survived by her youngest sister Barbara Lula of South Bend, IN; daughters Linda Brown of Sparks, NV, and Nancy (James) Wojcik of Mebane, NC; grandchildren, Deana (Lystra) Pitts of Sparks, NV, Russell (Valerie) Keglovits of Reno, NV, and Wendy (Cale) Bennett of Mebane, NC; great grandchildren Weldon and Zenobia Pitts of Sparks, NV, McKenna Keglovits of Reno, NV, and Addison Jayne Bennett of Mebane, NC.
A special thank you to Shirley with Gentiva Hospice for giving Zenobia and her family love, support, and comfort in her final days.
