He was born on May 20, 1961 in South Bend to Eugene Paul and Patricia Ann (Waite) Rybicki, who precede him in death. Stephen is survived by his sister Jennifer (Louis) Wilber of South Bend, IN and brothers Dave (Shannon) Rybicki of Mishawaka, IN, Michael Rybicki of Virginia, and Patrick Rybicki of South Bend. A memorial service will be held for Stephen at a later date. Memorial contributions for Stephen may be given to Center for the Homeless, 813 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
