NEW CARLISLE - Blondine H. Kulwicki, 87, of New Carlisle, passed away in Hospice House of South Bend on Wednesday, June 30. Blondine was born May 30, 1923 in South Bend to the late Stanley and Frances (Rydzinski) Wlodarski. On November 30, 1946, Blondine was united in marriage to Mr. Leonard F. Kulwicki in South Bend. Leonard preceded her in death, passing away in 1992. Surviving is her son, Larry Kulwicki and his wife Shirley of Hillsboro, Oregon, and her daughter, Judy Grall of New Carlisle. Also surviving is her brother Chester Wlodarski and his wife, Irene of South Bend, along with 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Monday, July 5 at the Garden of Nativity on the Grounds of Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola at 11:00 am. Chapel Hill Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Blondine was employed for many years as a seamstress, and worked in the factories during WWII. She enjoyed participating in bowling leagues, and traveling with her husband. Blondine was a member of St. Stanislaw Catholic Church in Terre Coupe, Indiana, and enjoyed doing volunteer work at Chicago Trail Village Apartments in New Carlisle.
