Mrs. Frances H. Ratajczak, of 328 N. O'Brien St., died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital after an extended illness. She was born in South Bend Aug. 14, 1894, and lived her all her life. She is survived by two daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Paszek and Mrs. Esther Moore, both of South Bend, one son, Alfred Ray, of Dowagiac, Mich.; four sisters, Mrs. Rose Lodyga, Mrs. Hattie Orlowski, Mrs. Sophie Ringielski and Mrs. Verna Kurdys, all of South Bend; and three brothers, Walter Pierson of Berrien Springs, Mich., and Louis Pierson and Casimer Przybylski of South Bend. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday in the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish Cemetery. Published in The South Bend Tribune, Friday, January 4, 1957.
