Mary E. Gladura
Mary E. Gladura, 72, of 807 W. Marion St., Mishawaka, died at 10:40 a.m. today in Meridian Nursing Center-Cardinal. Mrs. Glaudra retired in 1975 from South Bend Drug. She was born Feb. 28, 1913, at Charleroi, Pa., living in the south Bend-Mishawaka area most of her life. As Mary Yackanich, she married Joseph Gladura. He died in 1944. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Jo Grabber of Buchanan; three sons, John and Joseph, both of South Bend, and Paul D. of Phoenix, Ariz; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave. Burial will be at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Foundation.She was a member of St. Monica's Catholic church, Mishawaka.
