[N18265] Herman G. Sacks Obituary - LaPorte Herald-Argus 7-3-1961 "Herman G. Sacks, 75, of Hanna died at 8:45 p.m. Monday at his home. He had been ill for 5 years. He was born in Wanatah, Nov. 15, 1885 to Gust and Amelia Sacks, and had lived in Hanna most of his life. Mr. Sacks was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania railroad. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Glen White, Hanna; Mrs. Amos Reed, Union Mills; Mrs. Henry Demo, Chehalis, Wash.; and Mrs. Charles Morrison, Wanatah; 3 sons, Eugene, La Porte; Clifford, Hamlet; and Harold, South Bend. In addition; 3 sisters, Mrs. Harry Peters and Mrs. Bert Gardner, both of Hanna, and Mrs. Marie Milzarek, Valparaiso; 2 brothers, John Sacks, Mishawaka; and Louis Sacks, Hanna. Burial in Hanna."
