Paul Cylka, 54, son of Joseph, died Dec. 27, 1904, and was interred in Cedar Grove Cemetery. (Records of St. Casimeer's Catholic Church, South Bend, Indiana) His age, date and place of death, and the name of the cemetery in which he was buried are given in his Indiana death certificate for which the informant was his wife, Helena Cylka. Bro. Laurence of Notre Dame was the undertaker.
