Jan. 7, 1929 Sept. 7, 1999 Delores J. Wierzbicki, 70, of Mayflower Road, South Bend, Ind., died at 12:55 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 7, in Saint Josephs Regional Medical Center. She was born on January 7, 1929, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. On March 28, 1959, in South Bend, as Delores J. Klemczewski, she married John F. Wierzbicki, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Michael (Charmaine) Klemczewski and Frank (Connie) Wierzbicki, both of South Bend, seven grandchildren, Michael A. Klemczewski, Jr., of South Bend, Joseph A. Klemczewski of Evansville, Ind., Dawn M. Klemczewski of Niles, Mich., Eric A. Klemczewski, Nicole D. Klemczewski, Frank J. Wierzbicki, Jr., and Marie Ann Wierzbicki, all of South Bend; three great grandchildren, Cameron J., Ashlyn R. and Trey D. Klemczewski, all of Evansville; and a sister, Evelyn Wilkinson of South Bend. Preceding Mrs. Wierzbicki in death was a sister, Veronica Chudzicki. Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. today and from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A Rosary will be said at 4:00 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday in Holy Family Catholic Church, with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. She enjoyed many hobbies, crocheting was her favorite. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
