Ladislaus a.k.a Lot or Lottie was the first of ten children born to Anthony and Wladyslawa Majewski-Kolupa. Both parents were born in the Poznan Providence of Poland and his father was a blacksmith. He was a 1904 grad of Notre Dame and became a pharmacist. He married Charlotte(Lottie)B. Wachowski in 1910, and had 6 children. It is coincidence that they have the same nickname. His children are; Edmund L. Kolupa 1911 to 1972, Eugene A. Kolupa 1914 to 1953, Adelle J. Shepherd 1916 to 1971, Robert J. Kolupa 1919-1995, Rosemary E. Hauser 1921, and Ruth D. Sweeney 1925. Adelle is my grandmother on my mothers side.
