According to the Poznan Marriage Indexing Project, Agnes Nowak Zaluska, widow, 17, married Adalbertus Mnich [aka George Mnichowski], 22, in 1840 in the Catholic parish Dziewierzewo [Lindenbruck]. The St. Hedwig Catholic Church (South Bend, IN) 1882 marriage record of their daughter, Antonia Mnichowski, confirms Agnes' maiden name as Nowak.
