Allen J. Pipke, 79, of Camp Douglas passed away Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, at the Tomah VA Medical Center. He was born Sept. 25, 1934, to Ludwig E. and Ruth M. (Pittman) Pipke in Walkerton, Ind. Allen proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1953 - 1974. He was united in marriage to Shirley May McCarthy Sept. 5, 1963, in South Beloit, Ill. Together they moved to Wisconsin in 1974. Allen worked at the VA Medical Center for over 20 years. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycle. He also enjoyed model railroading. He was active in the St. James Catholic Church and a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus. Allen enjoyed volunteering at the Tomah VA Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Shirley
