Born 20 Jun 1868 Poland; arrived So Bend 1919 from Oswego NY; died 5 Feb 1938, age 67 of 514 N Walnut. He suffered a heart attack. Burial at St Joseph Cem. Survivors are his wife, Sophia, three daughters Mrs Emma Bielaski, Mrs Stefania Minczewski both of SBd, Mrs Frances Anderson of Columbus OH; three sons, Edmund, Thaddeus and Ferdinand Chwalek.
