Elizabeth A. Dominiak , 88, of South St. Joseph Street, South Bend, IN, passed away at 7:20 a.m., Thursday, September 22, 2005, in St. Paul's Retirement Community, South Bend.
She was born on April 16, 1917, in Ober, IN. On October 28, 1950, in South Bend, she married Walter J. Dominiak , who preceded her in death in 1992. Mrs. Dominiak is survived by one son, Edwin (Sandy) Dominiak of South Bend; two grandchildren, Ty Dominiak and Kim Dominiak , both of South Bend; three great-grandchildren, Bradley Graf, Jordyn Dominiak and Katlyn Dominiak . Two grandchildren, Clinton and Edwin Jr. Dominiak , and a brother, Wilbur Wilkerson, preceded her in death. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 24, 2005, in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN. Rev. Ed Erskin will officiate. Burial will take place at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Published in the South Bend Tribune; Sept. 23, 2005.
