South Bend - Geraldine E. Marnocha, 93, passed away at 3:51 pm, Saturday, October 30, 2021. Geraldine was born October 4, 1928 in South Bend to the late Aloyius and Henrietta (Dietz) Tobolski. On June 7, 1947 Geraldine married Robert Marnocha, he preceded her in death on December 28, 2009. Geraldine was also preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Lang and great-granddaughter, Peyton Hiatt. Left to cherish the memory of Geraldine is her daughter, Deborah (James) Perry; grandchildren, Jennifer L. (Jim) Bishop, Melinda (Todd) Hiatt, Jaimee (Marc) Grady, Bryan Brown, Robyn Lang, Robert Lang, Brieann (Jerry) Szklarek; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; sisters, Barbara (Richard) Orosz, Jacqueline Kozakiewicz. Geraldine was a parishioner of St. Casimir and a member of the Senior Citizens. She enjoyed playing euchre, traveling with her family, and dancing on Friday nights at the legion & Polka conventions. Visitation will be 10:00am to 12:00pm Friday, November 5, 2021 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, Mayflower Rd. with a Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
