NORTH JUDSON - Harriet E. Krzyzanowski, 92, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 30, 2015 at her residence in North Judson. She was born Harriet Kaminski on August 15, 1922 in Blue Island, IL to John and Agata Kaminski, the ninth of ten children. Before her marriage, she worked for Gumz Farms and the Kingsbury Ordinance Plant during WW II. She married Walter Krzyzanowski on July 26, 1947 (who passed away in 2003) and is survived by her five children- Walter Jr. of North Judson, Joe (Charlotte) of San Pierre, John of Granger, Mary Ann (Greg Toth) of South Bend & Ed (Sandy) of Brooklyn Park, MN, two grandchildren- Scott (Diane and Troy of North Judson and three great grandchildren- Anthony, Amanda and Megan of North Judson. After her children were raised, Harriet finished her work career at the Jasper-Pulaski County Tree Nursery. Harriet was a member of SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in North Judson. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting, baking and playing cards with Friends and family. Friends may call from 2-6 PM CT Sunday May 3, 2015 at the O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc., North Judson, IN. Funeral Mass will be 11 AM CT Monday May 4, 2015 at SS Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, North Judson, IN. Burial will be in Saint Jacob Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.odonnellfhome.com.
