MISHAWAKA - Sandra Ciesiolka, 70, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2016, in the Golden Living Center Facility. Sandra was born January 26, 1946, in South Bend, to Edward and Lorraine (Szczepanek) Mroz. May 1999 in Tucson, AZ, Sandra married Richard Ciesiolka, who preceded her in death in March 2010. Sandra was also preceded in death by her father, Edward Mroz, and daughter, Becky Ciesiolka-Barrett. Survivors of Sandra include her daughters, Tara Ciesiolka of Mishawaka, Rica and her husband, Steven Ogier of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Jaykob, Dylan and Micheal Ciesiolka, Richard, Christian and Camden Barrett, and Toby Becker; her mother, Lorraine Donovan; brothers, Thomas and Gary Mroz; sisters, Gayle Herman and Melanie Donovan; step-siblings, Jim and Pat Donovan and Beth Bergeron. Sandra enjoyed playing Bingo with her family at numerous bingo halls. She liked reading books and was a huge Notre Dame football fan. It was Sandra's wishes to be cremated and buried with her husband's cremains in a Veterans Memorial Cemetery. St. Joseph Funeral Home, South Bend, IN, is assisting the family.
