Survivors include her husband, Salvatore; son, Andrew (Anna) Czjkowski; brothers, Alan (Ellen) Jenson, Ronald (Penny) Jensen; sisters, Carla Jensen, Chris (Derry) Dillon, Sara (Steve) Good and Anne Jensen.
