Walkerton - Mary H. Dzierla, 93, passed away at 1:10pm on Monday, May 30, 2011 in Hospice House. Mary was born on August 14, 1917 in Granger, to the late Florian and Regina (Nagy) Horvath. On June 2, 1951 in South Bend, Mary married Frank Dzierla, Jr. and he passed away on July 10, 1967. She is also preceded in death by granddaughter, Courtney M. Dzierla; three sisters; and six brothers. Mary is survived by her sons, James (Trudy) Crosiar of Westerville, IN, Patrick (Cathy) Dzierla of Walkerton, and Michael (Patricia) Dzierla of Russiaville, IN; ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Mary worked sales for Kosiba Mount. She enjoyed cooking and loved her grandkids and family. Visitation will be from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, June 2, 2011 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., where a Rosary will be prayed at 6:00pm. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 1:00pm on Friday, June 3, 2011 in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care, 111 Sunnybrook Ct.
