He is survived by nephews and nieces Bert (Kathy) Hawkins of Mission Viejo, CA, Tim (Sheri) Lederer of Duncan, OK, Judy Hawkins (Dennis Chapla) of South Bend, IN, and Cindy (Kevin) Bernaciak of Chicago, IL, and a proud Great-Uncle of 8 nephews and nieces.
