Surviving are his wife Anna and children Anthony, Frank C. Jr., Ladislaus, Mary, Stanley, Theodore and Walter W. He leaves 2 brothers, Joseph and William both of Poland and a sister Mrs. Anna Bentkowski.

Burial: Saint Joseph Cemetery, South Bend, St. Joseph County,Indiana
