Esther M. Lewis, 74, passed away in her home on Monday, November 29, 2021. Esther was born in Wauseon, OH, on February 4, 1947, to the late Lawrence and Myrtie (Frey) Baer. On April 6, 1979, she married Jack Lewis who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death is her sister, Linda Wenger; brother, Curt Baer; sister-in-law, Shari Baer; and brother-in-law, Steven Blake. Surviving Esther are her sons, Shane (Masako) Lewis and Shawn (Kristin) Lewis; grandchildren, Jacob, Rina, Alayna, Brayden and Clayton Lewis; sisters, Connie Blake and Miriam “Mim” Baer; and brother, Edward (Marlene) Baer. Esther worked for United Telephone and Sprint. She loved to travel around the United States to visit family and friends. She was always willing to help others by offering a helping hand. No formal services at this time. Hahn Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the final arrangements.
