Wanda M. Ciesielski, 72, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, passed away after a lengthy illness on Monday, July 31, in St. Joseph Hospital of Phoenix. Wanda was a loving wife and mother. Surviving Wanda are her husband, Dominic; two daughters, Linda Hoffman of Mishawaka and Ellen Sue Emerson-Walls of Phoenix; a son, Wayne, and his wife, Debbie of Phoenix; and two grandchildren, Heather Lynn and Wayne Mark of Phoenix. Wanda also had a son, Roy Penrose Jr., who preceded her in death. Cremation will take place in Phoenix and there will be no services. Wanda will be missed greatly by all her family and friends. Welsheimer Family Funeral Home assisted the family locally.
