May 30, 1900 - December 17, 1974
Anthony J. Rudasics Sr., 74, of 415 Harris, died at 9:35am Tuesday in the St Joseph's Hospital after a short illness. Rudasics was a retired Studebaker Corp employee.
Born May 30, 1900, in Hungary, he had lived here most of his life. In South Bend, he married Marguerite M. Van Tornhout, who died in 1968. Surviving are two sons, Anthony Jr. of South Bend and James T., of Osceola; two daughters, Clemence Jean and Diane Susan, both of South Bend; a brother, Julius of South Bend, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Gray of South Bend. Services will be at 10am Friday in the Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Rev. Joseph T. Horvath, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call form 7 to9pm today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Thursday in the Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, 336 N. Main, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Thursday by the members of the St Ann's Society of Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Rudasics was a member of the Corpus Christi church.
