Fenzau
Mrs. Walter H. (Freda M.) Fenzau, 53, of Route 2, Leesburg, died at 12:55 a.m. Thursday at the Goshen General hospital. Mrs. Fenzau, who had been ill for one year, was born in Noble County, July 27, 1909 to Alva and Lillie (Miller) Galloway. She was married in 1926 to Walter H. Fenzau, who survives. Mrs. Fenzau had lived in the Leesburg community for the past 15 years, moving there from the South Bend-Mishawaka area. She was associated with her husband in the ownership and management of the Tippy Golf More miniature golf course at Tippecanoe Lake, and the Lake Trails miniature golf course at North Webster. She was a member of the North Webster Methodist Church and the W.S.C.S. Survivors in addition to her husband are two sons, Clarence, of Berwyn, Ill., and Billy O., of South Bend: one daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Beverly Jean) Epley, of Nappanee: one sister, Mrs. John (Zelma) Shock, of Syracuse: two brothers, Delbert Galloway, of Leesburg, and Forrest Galloway, of Syracuse, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the North Webster Methodist Church with Rev. Charles I. Johnson in charge. Burial will be in McClintic Cemetery. Friends may call the Harris-Troxel funeral home, North Webster, from noon Friday until 9 a.m. Saturday and then at the church until the hour of the service.
