SOUTH BEND - Louis J. Poulos, 93, passed January 3, 2016, at Palm Garden Nursing Home, Port Saint Lucie, FL. He is survived by son, John and Jean Poulos. We thank Palm Garden management and staff for their caring support. Thanks to those special Treasure Coast Hospice nurses who lovingly cared for his final days. Thanks to our friend, John Knapik, Premier Funeral Services for their exceptional care and arrangements from pickup to final resting place. Special thanks to all his friends and family who loved him dearly.Published in South Bend Tribune from Jan. 8 to Jan. 10, 2016
