SOUTH BEND - Sr. Helen Marie, C.R. (Helen Marie Chelminiak), a member of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Resurrection. Loving daughter of the late Leo and Teresa (Urbanski) Chelminiak. Beloved sister of Clement (Gertrude Krol), Gertrude (Leon McKiel), Antoinette (Larry Claxton) and the late John (Gloria) Quimby and Thaddeus (Joyleen Przybylinski). Visitation is on Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 3 to 8 p.m., with a wake service at 7 p.m. in the Sisters of the Resurrection Convent Chapel, 7432 W. Talcott Ave., Chicago. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, in the convent chapel. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Nelson Funeral Home, Park Ridge, IL, is handling arrangements.
