Victor H. Schalliol, 80, of Route 1 Mishawaka, a retired farmer, died Sunday in Elkhart General Hospital after suffering a heart attack earlier in his home. He was born May 13, 1885 in Madison Township. He married the former Maude Trisinger of Wakarusa on May 13, 1913. She preceded him in death. He is survived by three sons, Carl, Earl and Wayne, all of Mishawaka; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Amelia Mochel of Woodland and Mrs. Minnie Hahn of Mishawaka of Mishawaka; and a brother, George R. Schalliol of Wakarusa. Funeral services will be at the Zion Church of Christ, Madison Township at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Friends may call at the Lienhart Funeral Home in Wakarusa, from 2 p.m. Tuesday until Wednesday noon, when the body will be taken to the church. Rev. Eugene Schupp, pastor, will officiate and burial will in Rest Have Cemetery, adjoining the church.
