NEW CARLISLE - Carolyn Lee Zelasko, 73, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at her home. Carolyn was born on October 18, 1943, in Indiana, PA, to William and Carolyn Barbara (Richardson) Crumrine Hogan. On January 25, 1964, in South Bend, IN, she married Albert Anthony Zelasko, Sr., who survives. Also surviving are her beloved children, Angela (Randy) Curless of La Porte, Jennifer (Chris) Thompson of New Carlisle, Albert Zelasko, Jr. of Mishawaka, and Daniel Zelasko of New Carlisle; 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; brother, William Crumrine, Jr. of Erie, PA; as well as other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Carolyn was a homemaker who loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed reading and especially being at camp in the mountains of Pennsylvania with her family. A cremation committal has taken place with Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, La Porte.
