MISHAWAKA, IN - Robert G. Kasa died on Saturday, August 11, 2018 in Columbus, OH. He was born in Mishawka, IN on September 19, 1937 to George R. Kasa and Thelma L. Kasa; both are deceased. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Judith A. Kasa. Also surviving are son, Robert L. (Melani) Kasa of Bowie, MD; daughter, Diane L. (John) DeWald of Delaware, OH; son, Richard A. Kasa of Louisburg, NC; grandsons, Michael R. and Matthew L. Kasa of Bowie, MD; stepdaughters, Megelle and Miana Bigol; step-grandsons, Miguelle and Martin Bigol; sisters, Patricia L. (William) and Rose Keyser (Mike); stepsister, Phyllis (Dean) Davis; along with many nieces and nephews. Bob graduated from John Adams High School and then completed an apprenticeship as a Tool & Die maker. Bob later went to work for Bendix/Allied Signal where he later retired. He spent his retirement taking care of his small farm west of South Bend and with his hobby of amateur radio, with a call sign of W9OGZ. There will be no funeral. Cremation has taken place.
