Julia V. Kozlowski nee Rojics

South Bend - Julia Vera Kozlowski, 75, of 11971 Anderson Road, Granger, formerly of South Bend, died at 5 a.m. Sunday in the home of her daughter on Anderson Road. Mrs. Kozlowski was born July 12, 1916, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. In 1937 in South Bend, as Julia Vera Rojics, she married Bert Andrew Kozlowski. He died Feb. 12, 1961. She is survived by three daughters, Marie Lambert of Granger, and Dotty Moore and Julie Futa, both of South Bend; three sons, Bert of Mishawaka, Bob of Middlebury and Michael of South Bend; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Helen McClain, Margaret McIntyre and Irene Hornyak, all of South Bend, and Betty Houghton of Mishawaka; three brothers, George Rojics and Mike Rojics, both of South Bend, and Steve Rojics of Marion, Ind. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Diabetes Association of St. Joseph County.
